Hi, Antony. It is a real honor to see notes from you, Jean-Claude Bradley and Steve Koch here. That shows in what high esteem Cameron is held by other notables in Open Science. I am very much looking forward to hearing you, Cameron and Jean-Claude (among others--like Peter Binfield, John Wilbanks and Heather Joseph) ) speak at Science Commons Symposium – Pacific Northwest February 20, 2010 http://sciencecommons.org/events/salon/

Hi, Steve. Thanks so much for your nice note. Cameron certainly did go the extra mile on this. Talk about generous with his time and expertise--and he has huge amounts going on.

Good for you for being both a skillful scientist and an innovative, dedicated teacher. You and Jean-Claude Bradley are model practitioners and pedagogues! You and your students are setting the pace and providing models of innovation in science and research methodology.

It was delightful to meet you at ScienceOnline—that was one heck of a fantastic gathering, huh! Same time next year!

Fantastic interview, Hope & Cameron! Much thanks to both of you for the countless hours you must have put into doing this. Also thanks for the shout-outs to the students in our lab, Cameron! I'm thinking it will be a great reward to them for their efforts so far and will motivate them to continue to get better at sharing their science. I really like how you separate ONS into "process" and "commitment." I think in my lab we're doing very well on the commitment, but have a long way to go towards the process. It stresses me out, but when I step back, I can see it's OK, because clearly we're learning at a fast pace and are on the right trajectory.
