Much thanks to both of you for the countless hours you must have put into doing this. Also thanks for the shout-outs to the students in our lab, Cameron! I’m thinking it will be a great reward to them for their efforts so far and will motivate them to continue to get better at sharing their science. I really like how you separate ONS into “process” and “commitment.” I think in my lab we’re doing very well on the commitment, but have a long way to go towards the process. It stresses me out, but when I step back, I can see it’s OK, because clearly we’re learning at a fast pace and are on the right trajectory.
